Initial Setup - Setting the Clock and Day: Plug the timer into an electrical outlet to fully charge the backup battery. Use a pin or pen to reset the date and time. Press the SET and CD buttons simultaneously to select the 12 or 24-hour format for the clock. Press and hold the SET button for 2 seconds to set the current day, then use the + or - button to select the day. Press SET to choose the hour, then use the + and - buttons to adjust. Press SET to move to the minutes setting, using the + and - buttons to select the minutes. Press SET to complete the setup.

Mode Setting: The timer has 3 modes: AUTO, ON, OFF. AUTO: The timer will follow the programmed schedules. ON: The timer is continuously powered on. OFF: The timer is powered off.

How to Program the On/Off Schedule: To Set the Power-On Schedule: Press + to navigate to the 1-ON event. Press SET; the day will flash. Toggle to the desired day, Mon-Fri, Weekend, or all 7 days. Press SET to set the hours, using + and - to adjust. Press SET to set the minutes, using + and - to adjust.

To Set the Power-Off Schedule: Repeat the steps for setting the Power-On schedule, but start by pressing + to go to the 1-OFF event.
